The Roots of
Hawthorne Auto Clinic
Terica Buckner started working at Hawthorne Auto Clinic in high school, and 23 years later was offered the opportunity to purchase the shop from the previous owners, Jim Houser and Liz Dally.
Jim & Liz built a great place for customers to get their cars repaired in addition to a great place to work. Terica, with her husband Andrew, took ownership in January 2020 and will continue to build the neighborhood repair shop that the community has come to rely on. They believe it is important to preserve the legacy of the shop that Liz and Jim made their life's work, while growing to meet the changing needs of the customers in the community. They will continue to provide the best customer service and repair work for their vehicles as well as to provide the employees with a “home away from home” environment that focuses on a work/ life balance and being supportive of career goals.
